Each month the workflow checks a client-approved checklist against one shared inbox and one document store. It finds what is missing for each client and produces a review queue: who to chase, for what, with the evidence attached. Your team reviews and sends every message.
Up to 50 client entities, one inbox, one document store (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or Dropbox) and one practice system (Xero Practice Manager, QuickBooks or equivalent through a documented export).

Your software and usage costs are billed to you directly. All prices are proposed and confirmed in writing before any work starts.
You own the accounts and the workflow. We act as your data processor under a written agreement, access only what the checklist needs, and delete our copies when the engagement ends. This works best when your clients mostly send documents by email or a shared folder and you already have a repeatable checklist. If that is not you, we will say so on the first call rather than sell you something that does not fit.
